Day 1: Angkor Wat Complex We will pick you from your hotel and proceed to the Angkor Wat complex to explore the world's largest religious temple on an exciting tour. We take a break for lunch (at your own expense), which is followed by a trip to Angkor Thom, a beautiful structure built by King Jayavarman VII. The complex is known for its architectural wonders such as the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Terrace of Elephant, Terrace of Leper King, Phimean Akas and the Ancient Pool.
Proceed to the Takeo temple, before you finally head to Ta Prohm, the jungle temple where the film Tomb Raider was shot. Overnight at hotel
Day 2:Banteay Srey
We pick you from your hotel and drive to Banteay Srey, also known as the Pink Temple or the Lady Temple. Check out the beautiful carvings here and visit a local villager's house to see of how they earn their living.
Have lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense). In the afternoon, we enjoy a grand tour of the Angkor complex. Some of the highlights include Pre Rup, East Mebon, Ta Som and Preah Khan. Overnight at hotel
Day 3:Kompong Phluk Fishing Village and back to your hotel
This is one of the most exciting days of the itinerary because you get to ride an ox cart and also enjoy a beautiful boat ride along the Kompong Phluk Fishing Village, a stilt house community that lives on water. Explore a local market and the Artisans d'Angkor.
